I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the CLS is one of my favourite shapes when it comes to Benz luxury. There’s just something about it, that low, sleek, almost coupe-like silhouette mixed with proper luxury that still hits every single time you see one on the road. It’s elegant without trying too hard, aggressive without being loud, and when you step inside, it wraps around you in that signature Mercedes comfort that just feels right. Add the AMG package into the mix and it sharpens everything up perfectly. That’s exactly why this one stood out to me immediately.
Now yes, she’s done some mileage, but look at the bigger picture here. The condition, the way it drives, and the fact that it comes with a full service history… it tells you everything you need to know about how this car has been treated. It needed a bit of love when it came in, and we gave it exactly that. The result is something that feels tight, sorted, and ready to keep going for many more years. This isn’t just another used CLS, this is one that’s been brought back to where it should be.
And then you get to the drive. That naturally aspirated V6 is honestly the sweet spot for this car. Smooth when you want to cruise, but the second you lean into it, it wakes up properly. The sound has that clean, addictive tone, and paired with the AMG Speedshift gearbox, it just flows. It handles far better than something this comfortable should, and that balance is what makes it such a good all-rounder.
